Automatic can seaming machines
Lanico’s fully automatic can seaming machines are manufactured from stainless steel and are available in a variety of sizes and can seaming rates, from 1,800/hr up to 6,000/hr.
Semi-automatic can seaming machines
Lanico’s semi-automatic can seaming machines are made of stainless steel and based on a state-of-the-art design. They are completely hygienic and come in a range of sizes and can seaming rates, from 600/hr to 800/hr.
Evacuating, gassing and seaming unit
Lanico’s ZeroOx is the only machine worldwide to combine evacuating, gassing and seaming in one unit, thus dramatically reducing the lengths of such lines from 20m to only 4m. Furthermore, this compact machine will provide extremely low residual oxygen figures far below 1%. Another outstanding advantage is the ResOx Monitor, which allows 100% online check of each can in terms of the residual oxygen level, discharging all cans that have too much oxygen.
Aerosol can-making machines

Irregular-shaped can-making machines
Lanico supplies high-speed modular can-making machines and lines for the production of irregular-shaped cans. This includes the RCL 5 and RCL 20 can-making lines, which can be adapted to individual requirements in production. The model RCL 5 is designed for containers up to 5l at a high speed, whereas the RCL 20 is designed for containers up to 20l.
