Product counting
Product counting can be regarded as the most efficient and cost-effective alternative to modern weighing and pick-and-place systems for a wide variety of products. For products that may individually vary in weight, products that are difficult to separate or for packages that require a guaranteed number of (assorted) products, or contains an assorted mix of different products or flavors, counting has proved to be the best solution.

Industrial HQ counters are modular based high-performance product counting machines that guarantee absolute accuracy by the use of servo controlled memory flaps, silent operation, minimum down-times and require close to no maintenance. The HQ design is based on the experience and expertise that CREMER has gained over the years through pioneering innovation and by having the privilege of working for some of the world’s leading brands in the confectionery, consumer goods and pharmaceutical sector. This has led to an exceptionally fast, reliable and versatile counting system that is able to flawlessly count almost any kind of product, provided that the products are separable through vibration.
Advanced engineering with a committed focus on performance and durability resulted in a series of packaging filling systems that ranges from sachets and boxes to modular based high-end counting and multi-layer counting systems with unprecedented output and efficiency. Our HQI counting machines are capable of filling up to 150 dumps per minute, with scalable performance and guaranteed 100% counting accuracy.
Separation systems
Due to many years of experience with piece-by-piece separation of all sorts of bulk product, CREMER has developed a small but very practical and versatile vibratory system for unscrambling, separating, singulating, aligning and orienting all sorts of products; either wrapped or unwrapped.
For any pick and place system it is essential that the product is presented on a flat conveyor belt with sufficient space surrounding each individual product. Often products need to be correctly aligned and oriented in order for the pick-up arm to grab the product. Products that are not properly presented will be neglected and considered as waste.
CREMER vibratory systems offer great versatility and can be customised in many ways, with the intention to deliver the perfect product separation system for pick and place robots.
